Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations that are cancelled 14 or more days prior to the first day of check in will receive a full refund (less a $25 processing fee). Reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to check in are non refundable, but funds may be credited towards a future stay of equal or lesser value. To cancel a reservation, please call the concierge at +1 (707) 256 5969. Cancellations received after 3pm the day before check in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.

Additional Guests
All rooms at McClelland House are priced to accommodate two guests. The Carriage house suite can accommodate up to four guests, with an additional per person, per night fee of $50 for those over age18 and $25 for children under 17. Children under age 5 stay for free. Please contact us at +1 (707) 256 5969 in advance of your stay to notify us about additional guests.
Pets
Up to two pets under 50 lbs. are permitted in our Carriage House suite for an additional fee of $50 per night, per pet. We ask that all four-legged guests do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. In accordance with health department rules and out of respect for guests with allergies, pets are not permitted in indoor public spaces (service animals are exempt). Pets may not be left unattended in rooms at any time. A $200 pet deposit is required in the form of a credit card pre-authorization. Should your pet shed a great amount or have an accident in the room, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to charge an incidental fee for any property damage caused by your pet. All remaining funds from the pre-authorized amount will be released after check out and, dependent upon your bank’s policy, will reflect on your account within 10 business days. Sorry, no exotic animals or venomous creatures allowed.
