THE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES ABOVE AND THE POLICIES BELOW ARE FOR GUESTS STAYING IN THE HOTEL. IF YOU HAVE RENTED THE MUSIC HALL OR SUNROOM, YOU WILL FIND OUR PAYMENT TERMS, ACCESS HOURS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN THE CONTRACT EMAILED TO YOU.
Rooms and Suites: Reservations are fully refundable when cancelled at least 14 days prior to the reservation date. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check in will be credited toward a future stay of equal or lesser value. Cancellations received after 3:00 pm the day prior to check-in and No Shows are not refunded.
Terms and Conditions
Rooms and Suites: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Upon booking, credit cards will be charged for the first night of the reservation (room rate plus taxes). The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the deposit. If that occurs, we will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking. The balance of your stay is charged upon checkout.
Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. At checkout, please drop keys on the hall table. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/suite is made after checkout, and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/suite is occupied again. Wayfarer Hotel & Events is a non-smoking property. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $75 room cleaning fee.
Parking spaces in front of the hotel on Broad Street are not guaranteed to be available. Though there is a 2-hour maximum during the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday, you are allowed to park overnight and on Sundays on Broad Street. For daytime parking for more than two hours, we recommend the free public lot at City Hall, 1/2 block north of the hotel. There are several free public lots within two blocks of the hotel.
