STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking accommodation you accept the following terms and conditions. These terms and
conditions are subject to change without notice. Please see Group Terms and Conditions for all group bookings
Reservations are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking.
Bookings are charged per room. Fees apply for additional guests in the room.
Rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Any verbal quote is an estimate which will be subject to confirmation by email.
Credit/debit card details will be placed on file at the time of booking. No charges will
be made at the time of booking.
Standard cancellations or changes must be advised 48 hours prior to check-in date.
Any cancellations thereafter will incur a charge of the first nights’ accommodation
If stay cancelled during the stay, the next night will be charged as a cancellation fee
No shows for standard bookings will be charged for the first night of accommodation.
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once the booking is
made. Any cancellations will incur full charge of the accommodation cost.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Please notify El Kanah if you expect to arrive after

Guests will be charged the full booking amount on arrival, including any pre-
purchased add-ons, such as food packages and services.
Check- out time is prior to 10.00am.
Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional
Bookings do not include room servicing unless the stay is for 5 or more nights, in
which case the room will be serviced on the fourth day.
Parking is available on-site at no cost. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk.
PAYMENTS, RATES AND CHARGES
Any incidentals, purchases, or other charges will be debited from your credit/debit
card within 48 hrs of you departing the property.
Payments are accepted by Visa and MasterCard only.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, all common areas and within 5 metres of
any doorway or window.
CLEANING AND DAMAGES
If a room is left in an unacceptable state an additional cleaning fee may be charged
to the guest’s credit/debit card.
Damages to the property or breakages by a guest, or a guest’s visitor, must be
reported to management immediately. Breakages, damages or removed items may
be charged to the guest’s credit/debit card.
Lost or stolen keys will incur a $100 fee.
LIABILITY AND PROPERTY
Damage, breakages, theft and losses of guests’ property are the guests’
responsibility during their stay.
A no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property.
Guests are expected to be quiet between 9pm-7am.
No pets are allowed at El Kanah.
Children shall be supervised by adults at all times.
No candles, naked flames, barbeques or campfires shall be lit inside or on the
property without permission of the manager.
EVENTS BEYOND CONTROL
El Kanah is not responsible for any loss arising out of any occurrences or conditions
beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, defects
of vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, government
regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
