Payment Policy:
A payment of 100% of the reservation fee is required at the time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing The Wagon Box to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.
Cancellations:
A minimum of $25 will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 8 to 14 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the total reservation. Cancellations or no-shows within 7 or fewer days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
Check-In:
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct number of guests. If not, your reservation will be updated to reflect the number of guests, and your card on file charged accordingly.
Damage
If the guest causes damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear, we expect the guests to inform The Wagon Box of the damage as soon as possible. Guests will be charged if they are responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
Pets
Please let us know if you are bringing your dog. There is a flat pet fee of $75 for one dog and $125 for two dogs. Dogs are not permitted in any lodging other than the private cabins. All dogs must be leashed and supervised at all times while outside. Outdoor pens/fences are not allowed.
Smoking
There is no smoking inside our lodging. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250
I acknowledge that I am fully aware that the activities associated with The Wagon Box entail certain inherent risks. In consideration for being permitted to recreate, camp, stay, and participate in any activity on the property, I agree to assume all such risks and hereby release and discharge Tomb Bobmadil LLC its officers, sponsors, trustees, employees, agents, and other aids and volunteers from all liability for any damage, loss, injury, or death of every kind and nature whatsoever which in any way arises out of my participation in this activity.
