Property and Cancelation Policies :
For Mardi Gras reservations (for the period starting 25 days prior to Mardi Gras day), any cancellations must be made prior to the 31st of December of the preceding year. If the cancellation occurs after the 12/31 of the preceding year, any funds paid as deposit will be forfeited.
For Wedding reservations, cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund of their deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in, any funds paid as deposit will be forfeited.
All cancellations must be confirmed by email. Guests without email confirmation of cancellation will be held liable for the entire balance of their reservation. Deposits made for bulk rentals including weddings and special events are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Pets only allowed in cottages. A pet fee of $100 will be charged for each pet per stay. Pets are not allowed in any other buildings, including the main house.
The Fort Conde Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is only allowed on exterior porches and patios. The Fort Conde Inn does not allow smoking in any of our guest rooms. There is a $300 fine for smoking inside a guest room, this includes the finding of cigarette butts, ashes, and, or the odor of cigarette smoke.
Children under 12 are only allowed in certain rooms & suites (Spear-Barter Executive and all cottages) for the comfort of our other guests. Please call to inquire first if you have a young child.
Check in is between 3pm - 10pm. Check-out is at 11am. Guests who require flexible check-in times can also be accommodated (Please call us with your request in advance of your arrival).
Private events on site are strictly prohibited unless authorized.
