Late Check-out Hour: 12:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: $35.00
Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival would be charged a cancellation charge of the first night stay. Cancellations made less then 2 days or during will attract a 100% charge of the remaining stay. No Shows will be charged 100% of the total stay. No Refunds. Reservations made for special days like Christmas, New Years, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Labor day will be charged immediately and are non refundable.
Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card is required to confirm and hold your reservation.
Extra Person or a roll-away bed is $30.00 per night, need to contact us in advance.
Cold weather plug in $10.00 per night per vehicle.
No Smoking B&B - If policy is breached within a bedroom a cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Payment Terms If paying by cash we will ask for credit card details as well, if you do not have a credit card, we will take a deposit equivalent to your total stay at check in, which will only be refunded if there is no outstanding charges or damages whilst your stay.
Check in / Out times.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 10.00 PM (late arrivals please advise us)Check-out time is 11:00 AM Any extension to the checkout time, either pre-arranged or as a late departure, will incur a charge of $35.00 per hour upon departure.
Pets' policy:
There is a $25 per stay perpet nonrefundable pet fee. No more than 2 pets per room.
We welcome allwell-mannered dogs and cats weighing 50 pounds or less. Pets should be leashed at all times. Pets should be supervisedat all times while in the B&B or on the property.
Guests are responsible forpet waste clean-up inside the B&B and throughout the property grounds.
Guests are responsible for all personal injuriesand/or property damage related to their pet(s). Guests will be responsible forall damages caused by their pet. After departure the room will be inspected,and any damages will be placed on the guest’s account.
Any stay of 3 nights orlonger will have an additional $50 fee applied to their account.
