Terms and Conditions
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card 7 days prior to check-in. We have the right to cancel your reservation if your payment isn't received. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
You may check-in from 3PM to 11PM, local time. Please check-in at the host stand of Rosinella Restaurant. Check-out is from 8AM to 11PM. Please advise the front desk one day in advance if you need to check out prior to 8AM. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room is occupied again.
We are a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $1,000 fee, which includes cleaning and lost revenue.
