We are Urban Heights an apartment hotel located in the heart of Bogotá, we have a modern 4-story building (without elevator) that has different accommodation units from double rooms (without kitchen) ideal for short stays, or apartments that have ideal equipped kitchens for medium and long stays. Inside our building we have a beautiful terrace and a patio. Due to our location, only some rooms / apartments have a view to the west. We also have a washer / dryer, limited hours reception, and weekly cleaning service only.

- Our Check in (registration) is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. After that time we DO NOT have a reception, so we will not be able to receive you, if this is your case please write to us to see how we can help you.
- Late Check out, we can handle it subject to availability for an additional value of 40,000, if you require it please inform us to know if we can confirm it.
- Information is necessary for registration such as identification, physical address, among others, for which we thank you for having your documents at the time of check-in.
- Payment method: cash in Colombian pesos or credit card (visa, master card and American Express) or Nequi or bank transfer to the Ahorros Bancolombia account 430-534888-71 in the name of Urban Heights S.A.S Nit. 900-924-395-4 of 100% of the total reservation at the time of check in.
