Property and Cancellation Policies :
For any booking that requires payment to the hotel, a booking must be cancelled by 2:00 pm, 48 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations after this time or no-show are subject to a cancellation fee which will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account. The cancellation fee is equal to the accommodation fee payable for 1 night of stay. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the night of your booking reservation.
Change to Reservation
You may make changes to your dates, number of rooms required or room type by ringing the property direct. These changes must be made 48 hours prior to arrival . All Changes are subject to availability. You must advise us of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration.

Guests are able to check in outside reception hours by notifying reception on the day of your arrival. The reception team will generate your room access PIN at 1pm on your day of check-in, providing payment is successfully completed. Your PIN will be sent to the email address provided when making the reservation.
Please ensure that once you have received confirmation of your accommodation at Kyah, that you have contacted the hotel to make the necessary arrangements to organise your package inclusions. Until an email confirmation is received confirming the package inclusions are organised, they are not guaranteed.
When you check-in, you may be asked to provide photographic identification. If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay us an amount equal to the full reservation amount plus any other costs incurred by us in connection with your reservation.
A valid credit card MUST be presented on check-in to the hotel. Payments may be made by credit card (valid cards include Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) or by cash or EFTPOS. You agree that any charges for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account. Charges may be in relation to any of the following: to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): restaurant or room service charges, mini bar, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the room being left in an unacceptable state, etc.
Upon arrival at your selected property guests must provide valid Australian Government issued photographic identification or an International Passport for security purposes. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID to secure the accommodation. You agree that you will pay to us the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from our hotel. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (unless otherwise specified) per room per night and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to availability and can change without notification due to fluctuations in charges and currency. The "from" rates displayed on the website are indicative rates only, are subject to availability & terms and conditions apply. Please select dates and check availability to get the most up to date pricing.

Check-out time is 10.00 am on the date shown for your departure unless we have expressed agreeance to another time. Departure after that time may incur additional room charge. You are and remain personally liable to pay the total amount due on departure unless prior settlement arrangements have been accepted by us. You must return any key and/or security card for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for replacement of keys you lose or fail to return same.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Pet Friendly Rooms
Our pet friendly rooms incur an additional cleaning fee of $50.00 AUD
Facilities and Services
Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of our facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature or facility is essential to you in choosing a particular property, it is your responsibility to confirm with the property prior to making your reservation that the feature or facility will be available during your stay. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.
Photography and Video
Any activity (including photography and videography) of a commercial or promotional nature is not permitted anywhere within the hotel without the prior written approval of hotel management and, in the case of photography / videography, without an authorised location acknowledgement. Hotel management has the right to cancel accommodation and require the immediate cessation of any activity taking place in breach of this condition. Unauthorised imagery or video must not be published on any media and must be immediately removed from the public domain upon request from hotel management

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these terms and conditions affect any rights you may have and which by law cannot be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and under State and Territory consumer protection legislation.
At various times, we may collect personal information about you and/or the persons accompanying you during your stay or attendance at an event at Kyah.
Kyah handles all personal information in accordance with privacy laws.
