– Cancelaciones 48 horas antes del check in: Reembolso 100% del total de la reserva.
– Cancelaciones entre 48 y 24 horas: se cobrara 50% de la primer noche.
– Cancelaciones entre 24 y 0 horas: se cobrara el 100% de la primer noche.
Cuando se ha hecho el pago con tarjeta de crédito y/o débito, si corresponde el reembolso del 100% se cancelara el cargo directamente en la tarjeta, si fuera reembolso del 50% la devolución se hará en efectivo.

PAGOS
Las tarifas publicadas están expresadas en MXN (pesos mexicanos) e incluyen impuestos y pueden variar sin previo aviso. Si requiere factura fiscal favor de solicitarla en recepción al momento de realizar su pago y le será enviada a su correo electrónico.
El pago por concepto de hospedaje deberá realizarse siempre por adelantado para asegurarse la disponibilidad de habitación.

RESERVACiONES
Las formas de reservación disponibles son mediante depósito bancario, internet o directamente en recepción.
La reservación sólo será válida cuando haya sido confirmada por HOSPEDARTE via email después de haber recibido el comprobante del depósito parcial de la estadia o el código de confirmación de la reserva hecha linea por parte del huésped.
COMPROMiSO DE CALiDAD
HOSPEDARTE se compromete a brindar un servicio de calidad, ofreciendo al huésped instalaciones y habitaciones en perfecto estado, limpias y cómodas.
El huésped es responsable por conocer el tipo de habitación y servicios incluidos antes de reservar, asi como avisar previamente a la administración del Hostel de alguna alergia, enfermedad o situación especial, asegurándose que se le pueda brindar el servicio que requiere.
De no ser asi, HOSPEDARTE se deslinda de responsabilidades por cancelación o alteración de reservas, apegándose a las politicas de cancelación.
HOSPEDARTE garantiza la calidad de los servicios a prestar, de acuerdo con su categoria oficial y se hace responsable de todas las reclamaciones que puedan presentarse como consecuencia de las deficiencias comprobadas en sus servicios. HOSPEDARTE cuenta con un buzón de sugerencias a disposición de os clientes.
