acres of private woodlands. Truly an undiscovered haven.
Littlewood Chalet offers two queen beds, sleeping
up to 4 guests, separate shower, freestanding cast iron bath with view of the
woodlands, fully equipped kitchen, wooden fireplace, digital television and laundry
facilities. You will be right at home enjoying the
local bathroom products, tea & coffee selections, board games and books are
all part of the personal touch at Littlewood Chalet,
Located a 10-minute drive from Margaret River and
only minutes from the Colonial Brewery, the best of the South West is on your
doorstep. Littlewood sits at the top of a rolling valley, offering breathtaking
views throughout the trees, and onto the paddocks. Peppered with birdlife
including the Blue Wren and Kookaburra’s, Littlewood is also home to a variety
of wildlife, including rabbits, kangaroos and two resident Black Swans that
call the spring fed dam home.
Peace and privacy are a guarantee at Littlewood.
You will feel like the only people in the world here, apart from the wildlife
of course!
All stays include a bottle of Jarvis Estate
wine and must be for a minimum of 2 nights. Littlewood started as a dream for your hosts Ross &
Ingrid Manson and their daughters Lily and Kenzie, (not forgetting Louie the

Check-in: Standard check-in time is 2:00PM.
Upon arrival at the property, your key will be made available in a secure lock box near the front sliding door. The pin number to access this will be provided via email & text 24 hours prior to arrival. If you require any assistance, please call the Littlewood Chalet team with your concerns, they are available anytime.
Check-out: All guests must vacate the chalet by 10:00AM on their date of departure.
Departure after this time may incur additional charges and must be arranged and approved the day before your day of departure.It is expected guests will leave the chalet in a respectful manner and ensure all dirty dishes are washed, dried and put away prior to check-out.
Rates: All rates and availability are via our website www.littlewoodchalets.com.au and selected third party websites. All Rates set out on the website are per night for the Chalet with maximum occupancy up to 4 adults. Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and subject to change without notice, anytime by the owners. A 2 night minimum stay is required. Daily housekeeping is not included during your stay. If you are a long stay for 2 weeks or more, please discuss housekeeping options upon booking.Peak season rates apply during all public holidays, school holidays, Christmas, Easter and all other predetermined dates.Payment is required in full upon booking, rates are instant purchase.
House Rules:All Guests and Visitors must comply with all House Rules(a copy provided in the Chalet), By-Laws and instructions from management during their stay.
Non-Smoking Policy:In accordance with Australian law, our property is strictly non-smoking inside. If you choose to smoke outdoors, then please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly and ensure they are extinguished.
If you choose to ignore this policy we have a minimum $250 charge, plus additional costs associated with restoring the chalet to its original condition.
Damages + Incidentals Littlewood Chalet have a minimum charge of $100 to damages incurred to all or part of the property which may affect arriving guests or the ability to re-sell the chalet upon checkout. It is understood that upon checking into Littlewood Chalet, you agree to such charges being taken upon checkout in covering such expenses.In addition guests are not to move or change the position of furniture or artworks. Management reserves the right to charge if any damage is incurred.
Visitors: Guests must be 18 years or older, and if not, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times; and Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with the House Rules.The maximum number of Guests permitted at a the property must not exceed a maximum of 2 adults per bedroom. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest.
Lost keys: Late access requests due to lost keys will incur a fee of up to $50 after 9.00pm.
Personal Items:We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto the premises. Personal property includes any personal effects and motor vehicles.
Parking:Vehicles may be parked in front of the chalet provided access of other vehicles coming to and from the property is not impeded.
Garbage, recycling & Firewood: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling in the skip bin located near the water tank. If the rubbish will not fit in the skip bin, please securely bag and leave alongside the bin.It is the guests responsibility to ensure excess rubbish is removed from the Chalet upon check-out. Enough firewood will be provided for a 2 night stay, if you require additional firewood this is available at $15 per bag.
Pets: Unfortunately petsare not permitted (Pet policy updated 28th August 2020, any bookingsconfirmed prior to this will be honoured).
Internet Policy: Currently internet is not provided at the Chalet but there is Telstra 4G network available.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will incur a non-refundable $50 admin fee. Cancellation outside 48 hours prior to arrival, will receive a full refund minus the $50 admin fee. This amount will be refunded or held in credit to re-book again (subject to availability and rate increase) within 12 months. All booking modifications, including date changes and/or a full cancellation of your booking made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first nights rate plus $50 admin fee as a cancellation fee.
No Show Policy:Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. The first nights rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Booking Modifications:All date modifications are subject to availability and any applicable increase in rate. No penalty is incurred if changes are made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
PRIVACY POLICY: Littlewood Chalet respects your right to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act), in particular the 13 Australian Privacy Principles which deal with the collection, management and disclosure of your personal information. Littlewood Chalet is committed to protecting your personal information.
PAYMENT POLICY Payment will be collected at the time of booking. A valid credit card must be provided and full payment will be processed upon booking. Credit card payments will incur a 1.75% surcharge per transaction.Excessive damage that exceeds expected wear and tear may incur a minimum cleaning or replacement fee of $100 and will be at the discretion of management. This will be charged to the credit card provided unless alternative arrangements are made.
