Payment:
Payment for flexible bookings will be taken 2 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Declined Payment:
If payment for a flexible booking is declined 2 days before the scheduled arrival date, the guest will have until 12:00 PM (local time) on the same day to update their card details and complete the payment process.If the payment is not updated by 12:00 PM, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel or modify flexible bookings up to 2 days before the scheduled arrival date without penalty.Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled arrival date or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the reservation.
Reservation Changes:
Changes to flexible bookings, including modifications to dates or occupancy, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Refunds:Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or modifications to flexible bookings that fall under the terms of the cancellation policy, regardless of the circumstances.
No stag or hen night as they will be turned away.
Any guest under 18 must placed in a private dorm and be accompanied by an adult. Please contact manager before booking.

Terms and Conditions
- Check in is between 3pm-11pm
- Full payment will be taken 2 days before arrival.
- ID required on check-in. Passport or drivers licence.
- Reception hours are 7am-11pm.
- Groups of 5 or more people must book a private dorm, group reservations in a multiple occupancy dorm will not be accepted.
- No stag or hen groups.
- Free luggage storage for guests who arrive before check in and after check out.
- Linen included.
- All guests under 18 must be placed in a private dorm and accompanied by an adult . Please contact manager before booking.
- All major credit and debit cards accepted, Diner Club cards and Maestro are not.
- Taxes included in the price.
- No elevator/lift at hostel for mobility disabled guests there is 44 steps from street level to room level. The hostel is on one level once inside.
- No smoking
- Central Backpackers reserves the right to charge your credit card or debit card for any damages caused during your stay or for any missing items.
