- Cancellations:
- Cancellations 15 days or more from the reservation check-in date forfeit full deposit amount.
- Cancellations 14 days or less from the reservation check-in date forfeit full amount of reservation.
- Cancellations will not be refunded due to family emergencies, cancelled flights, closed roads, weather, ect.
- Payment:
- 25% deposit of full reservation amount collected at time of booking.
- Deposit is strictly NON-refundable.
- Remaining 75% collected within 14 days of the reservation check-in date.
- Reservation Date Changes:
- No Fee for date changes 15 days or more from the reservation check-in date.
- Subject to rate changes and availability.
- Date changes 14 days or less from the reservation check-in date will be treated as a cancellation.

- IVA 13% tax
- Smoking is not permitted on hotel grounds.
- No dogs or cats allowed, although jungle animals may pass through from time to time.
- Please remember during the months of March and April we're in a drought. While we do have a back up tank, we do hope you'll choose to be conscience of your water usage. Although unlikely, it is possible that in the event of extreme circumstances, we could go without water for a short time (hours) during these months.
