- At the time of booking your reservation, 30% of the total amount will be charged for nights booked. You are authorizing Tribu Todos Santos to preauthorize or charge your card prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation, you will get a refund of the total of your payment if your cancellation is 15 days prior to your arrival at the hotel.
- If your reservation is within a period of 15 days or less at the date of your arrival, (last minute reservations) 30% of your stay will be charged, in this type of reservation there is no refund of your down payment for reservation. - It is important to consider that to obtain a refund by credit card the hotel has up to 15 work days to reflect its amount on the assigned card.
