Property and Cancelation Policies :

At the time of booking your reservation, 30% of the total amount will be charged for nights booked. You are authorizing Tribu Todos Santos to preauthorize or charge your card prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation, you will get a refund of the total of your payment if your cancellation is 15 days prior to your arrival at the hotel.

If your reservation is within a period of 15 days or less at the date of your arrival, (last minute reservations) 30% of your stay will be charged, in this type of reservation there is no refund of your down payment for reservation. It is important to consider that to obtain a refund by credit card the hotel has up to 15 work days to reflect its amount on the assigned card.

Terms and Conditions

Please take note of the following information:

CHECK-IN TIME: 3 PM TO 8 PM. Tribu Todos Santos will inform you if you need to do a self-check-in, depending on your arrival time. Our staff is available from 8 am to 4 pm to assist you.

There is NO RESTAURANT OR BAR on the property. COMMON AREA HOURS are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. QUIET HOURS are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Housekeeping service is from 8 am to 4 pm, and daily service is provided unless notified otherwise.

NO PARTYING OR LOUD BEHAVIOR AT ANY TIME. If you are disturbed by other guests' loud behavior, please inform us. The offending guest will be charged the amount of compensation to be given to the affected guests. If loud behavior continues, the offending guests will be asked to leave the property, and no refund will be given for any unused portion of their stay.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. CHILDREN MUST BE AT LEAST 15 YEARS OLD. Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed. Tribu Todos Santos is a non-smoking property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the gates (parking area), and dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the trash cans to avoid littering in the ocean.

We offer Wi-Fi connection throughout the property. Here at Tribu Todos Santos, we operate as a team, and any gratuities should be left at the reception desk, where we will ensure that the gratuity is divided equally among our team.

Lastly, please note that renting a car is highly recommended.
