Ryokan Dogs House is a dog hotel inspired by the Japanese tradition of ryokan, where it seeks to provide personalized and top-quality service. Our mission is to develop the individual capabilities of each dog, attending to their origins and enhancing their abilities for growth. We know that each dog is unique, even within the same breed, and that is why we offer personalized attention to meet their specific needs.
We have a 4,000 square meter wooded property, providing abundant natural shade and a quiet environment for our guests, just a few minutes from the Carrasco International Airport and the main access routes to the country's capital. The property has different fenced stations for socialization, play and work, all framed by a cozy natural environment that allows dogs to explore and enjoy in a safe and relaxed environment.
Our vision is based on the constant search for excellence and building solid bonds with each dog. Our primary goal is to ensure that our canine guests are happy, comfortable, free and relaxed in a clean and healthy environment.

If you cancel the stay by giving up to 10 days' notice, the value deposited as a deposit will be available for future stays.
If you cancel your stay less than 10 days in advance, the deposit cannot be used for future stays and will not be refundable.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

* Have your vaccination card up to date.
* Be dewormed internally and externally (anti-fleas and ticks).
* Females should not be in heat.

The prices detailed below are per dog, per night
Discounted prices for stays longer than 15 nights
Shared Room: $U600
Single Room: $U700
Premium room: $U800

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payments are made in cash or bank transfer.
For the reservation to be firm, it is necessary to pay 50% of the stay as a deposit.
The remaining 50% is paid when you pick up your pet.
If you cancel the stay by giving up to 10 days notice, the value deposited as a deposit will be available for future stays.
If you cancel your stay less than 10 days in advance, the deposit cannot be used for future stays and will not be refundable.
FOOD
Food must be entered marked with the dog's name, in appropriate containers (ration bag, container with lid, Tupperware, etc.). Nylon bags are not accepted for safety and environmental hygiene reasons.
IMPORTANT: Food other than ration or feed is not accepted. Therefore we do not accept BARF or cooked food that requires refrigeration.
If the food provided by the owner is insufficient to cover the stay, notice will be given to bring more or Proplan food will be provided according to the size and age of the dog at the owner's expense.
FIRST AID AND VETERINARY COVERAGE
Veterinary coverage is provided by Veterinaria El Rodeo.
All Ryokan Dogs House staff is trained in first aid and treatment indicated by veterinarians.
Any relevant incident will be attended to in the first instance, for reasons of distance and time, by Veterinaria El Rodeo, leaving coordination with their reference veterinarian at the option of the owner.
The costs of veterinary care, cures, medication, etc. will be responsibility of the owner.
TRANSFERS AND BATHROOMS
They are complementary services and are not included in the price.
Transfers are made from Monday to Friday, subject to availability by area and time. Consult!
EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS
We request to leave a second contact telephone number (apart from the owner's telephone number) for any exceptional situation that prevents the normal execution of the service and that, therefore, requires the removal of the dog from the facilities.
If this eventuality arises, a period of 24 hours will be given for the removal of the dog. Otherwise, a daily fine corresponding to double the contracted rate will be applied.
