Rindali Cancellation Policy
At Rindali, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as much as possible. However, to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Individual Reservations:
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (local hotel time) without incurring any cancellation charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room rate.
2. Group Reservations (3 or more rooms):
Group bookings are subject to a specific contract, which will outline the cancellation policy. Please refer to the contract for details regarding group reservation cancellations.
3. No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show (guests failing to arrive without prior cancellation), the hotel will charge a no-show fee equivalent to one night's room rate to the credit card provided during the reservation.
4. Early Departure:
If a guest decides to check out earlier than the original departure date, they may be subject to an early departure fee equivalent to one night's room rate. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
5. Special Promotions and Packages:
Some special promotions, packages, or advanced purchase rates may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Please review the terms and conditions for these specific rates.
6. Booking Platforms:
If you made your reservation through an online travel agency (OTA) or other third-party platforms, please refer to their cancellation policies, as they may have separate terms and conditions.
