Property and Cancelation Policies :
Due to our small property size, cancellations affect us greatly. Though we understand unexpected circumstances arise, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency, or weather. As such, we recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance.
Single Room Reservations (during non-Special Event Dates**): Cancellations* or date changes must be made 14 days prior to the check-in date for a refund of the deposit, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and the credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance upon cancellation.
Single Room Reservations (during Special Event Dates**): Cancellations* or date changes must be made 45 days prior to the check-in date for a refund of the deposit, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of the check-in date are non-refundable, and the credit card on file will be charged in full the remaining balance of the reservation upon cancellation. **Special Event Dates include stays during any of the following 2023 dates: 3/14-4/2, 10/13-10/29, 11/22-11/26, 12/1-12/3, 12/22-12/26, 12/30-1/1
Group Bookings (see Group Bookings section): For cancellations* of 3+ rooms, a 60-day cancellation notice is required to receive a refund minus the $500 non-refundable deposit. No refunds are available when cancellation occurs within 60 days of the arrival date.
