Once the full payment or 50% deposit has been made, kindly send the screenshot to our email address at cebu@flyingfishhostel.com for us to verify your room booking. For refund requests,  there will be a 10% deduction from the deposit for the transaction fee.

We will hold the booking reservation within 3 days. If beyond this time, and no confirmation from your party, the hostel holds the right to release the reservation for other possible bookers. We sure hope to hear from you soon.
