Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:30 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- We require a deposit of 500php that will be paid cash upfront upon booking, the deposit is refundable after the room is checked and things are all in good and working condition.
- If you would prefer, you can make a deposit or bank transfer 500php and send us a copy of the deposit voucher or transfer receipt within 5 days of making the reservation.
- We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive either a valid credit card or notification of payment within 5 days.
Terms and Conditions
Welcome to JMCL RESIDENCES. Please read the following rules and regulations which are obligatory for all our guests. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the residence, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security, or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
- Guests will be charged per night.
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- A security deposit of 500 pesos will be collected upon check-in.
- If upon check-in the guest does not specify the duration of his or her stay the residence will presume it is for one night.
- Guest must show up before 2:00 p.m., and then the booking will be canceled if there is no contact from the guest.
- Only 2 guests are allowed to stay in a room. Children older than 7 years old or the third guest must pay 500 pesos for an extra bed.
- Bills must be settled by cash or a valid debit card; personal cheques are not accepted.
- Guests wishing to check out later than 2:00 p.m. are kindly requested to ask for permission from our reception before 10:00 a.m. (subject to room availability, otherwise it will be charged for one additional night.)
- Smoking is strictly not allowed in hotel rooms and common areas. A designated smoking area will be directed by the caretaker.
- Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to other places in the residence is prohibited. The violator is subject to a fine.
- When not being used, do not touch the fire extinguisher.
- Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited. For security reasons, the joiner must register at reception before entering the room.
- Hanging any items in guest room windows that might ruin the beauty of our residence's appearance is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed into the Residence.
- Installation of any foreign item into guest rooms or any part of our building is prohibited.
- No guest is allowed to give up his or her room to be used by third parties even if the room has been duly paid for.
- Gambling or any other behavior that is against public morals in the hallways or guest rooms is prohibited.
- Any damage should be reported to our reception immediately after it becomes apparent.
- Bringing illegal items, exotic plants, or animals is prohibited.
- Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access to third parties. Upon leaving their rooms guests must close and lock the doors, and windows. The Management will not in any way be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from the residence's room or any other part of the residence for any cause including theft or pilferage.
- Guests are expected to keep all the equipment and furniture in their rooms free from damage.
- Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.
- Hard and stubborn stains, rips, or tears on linens or towels will be charged to your bill.
- In case of loss or damage of key 1,500.00 pesos will be charged in the room bill.
- Left and unclaimed items will be kept for a period of 1 week from your departure date, Items after the said duration of time must be disposed of the management is not amenable unless otherwise instructed.
- Washing of Laundries is “STRICTLY PROHIBITED”.
- Wi-Fi connection is only an amenity.
