Our Cancellation Policy for 2023-24 is as follows:
Applicable for Early Bird Reservations (90 days or more from arrival)
10% deposit is required when making a booking thru our web page www.umitoyamahakuba.com greater than 90 days from arrival
From 90days before the arrival date the 10% deposit becomes non refundable. From 60 days before arrival the balance of your booking must be paid and non refundable.
Reservations are not confirmed until paid and will have a pending status. Guests can pay in full at any time to ensure their reservation is confirmed.
From 1 November 2023
Bookings received are confirmed when paid in full. Non-refundable period is from 30 days or less to arrival date. A refund will be paid for cancellations made 31 days or greater from the date of arrival.
