Group or Wedding reservation cancellation policy is as follows:
For 20-28 rooms, reservation may be cancelled no fewerthan eight weeks before the reservation.
For 11-19 rooms reservation may be cancelled no fewerthan six weeks before the reservation.
For 1-10 rooms reservation may be cancelled no fewer than four weeks before the reservation
Terms and Conditions
Late Arrival: If you plan to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please email info@losgatosgardeninn.com for late check-in instructions. If you need check-in instructions after our office has closed, please call the after-hours hotline at 408-599-8818.
Checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Late checkout is subject to approval. Additional charges may apply.
Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until 48 hours in advance of check in. Group or wedding blocks require 30 day advance notice to cancel without penalty. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours advance notice(or 30 days for group/wedding blocks) are subject to charge for one night stay plus taxes for each room.
Long Term Stays: Payments for stays of seven days or longer are charged in advance each week and are non-refundable.
Specific Room assignments: Specific room requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Parking is limited, free of charge, and is at your own risk. Please obtain a parking pass from the hotel office. EV charging stations are for hotel guests only.
Pets: Pet friendly rooms are available. Please call for advance approval. $25 fee per pet per night.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Excessive noise which disturbs other guests will result in cancellation of reservation, and a request to depart the hotel.
Security: Please secure all valuables out of sight. The hotel is not responsible for missing items.
Non-Smoking Hotel: We are a completely non-smoking hotel as per town ordinance. Unauthorized smoking anywhere in the hotel will result in additional charges up to $250.
Taxes: All Reservations are subject to local Room Tax and California State Tourism Tax.
Payment: A valid Credit or Debit Card is required for all reservations, even if the final charges are paid with cash.
Payment Processing: We will authorize your credit or debit card for the first night of your stay 24 hours before check in. The rest of the balance is authorized at check-in. Authorizing the card will not process payment. It will put a “hold” on the specified amount for a short period of time. Upon checkout, we will charge the card based on the authorization. For one to two days, you may see both the authorization and the charge on your credit or debit card activity. This is not a double charge. The Authorization will eventually disappear.
Because authorizations will put a hold on funds, we do not recommend the use of debit cards. We are not responsible for overdrafts, fees, or any bank charges as a result of authorization holds. If a credit/debit card is declined when an authorization is attempted, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Subsequent availability is not guaranteed.
Force Majeure: The Los Gatos Garden Inn Hotel is not financially responsible for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, inclement weather, PSPS events by the local utility, restrictions due to public health emergencies, or political unrest.
