Condos have all been remodeled to include new furnishings, kitchenette, ceiling fan, air conditioner (fee), cable tv, wifi, spacious bathroom with hot water and large balcony with hammock and seating to enjoy the ocean view and breeze! Condos have exposed wood finishing, high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass sliding doors to enjoy the Caribbean Sea view from bed!
Cottages are island style cabins designed for a extended stay or young family with a queen bed in a loft with a twin (one person) bed or couch pull out, kitchen, bathroom with hot water shower, outdoor space with a peak-a-boo ocean view, air conditioner (fee), ceiling fans, and cable tv.
Cocolobo Lodges are beautiful island homes with either two or three bedrooms over looking tropical gardens or back garden pool. The homes offer spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms downstairs, full size kitchen and living rooms upstairs with large outdoor covered balconies to enjoy relaxing, a BBQ or drink! The fully equipped homes have air conditioners in each bedroom, washer & dryer in each home, BBQ on deck, and ready for your vacation! The home rentals due include a credit for electricity of $50/week and any overage will be charged at $0.40/kwh.

Cocolobo Hotel Policies

- The pools, lounge area and kitchen facilities are for the use of registered hotel guests. No unregistered guests are permitted in guest rooms at any time.
- Please speak with management before inviting friends to Cocolobo for safety of all our guests and residents.
- Cocolobo is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the condos, cottages or homes; on the patio; in the pool or on the pool deck; in the lobby, common lounge or breakfast area. Please speak with management on locations to smoke. Violators will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $50.
- Cocolobo is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced personal items. Please lock up your valuables and hide key to avoid losing it.
- A replacement fee of $100 will be charged if you lose your room key or safe key.
- Use of the AC may incur a daily $10 or nightly $10 surcharge. Please check the terms of your guest contract.
- Property of Cocolobo which is damaged or stolen will be charged to the guest credit card on discovery.
- Cancellation/Early Departures: At time of reservation we take a 50% deposit which is non refundable. The remaining balance will be charged the day of/or prior to the check-in date OR on cancellation if cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date. Full balance will be charged/no refunds will be made for no-shows, cancellations within 30 days of arrival, or early departures.
- Please let the on-call manager know immediately if you have any problems in the room so we can promptly take action regarding the issue and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
