- All guests name must be reported to the Coral Beach Club upon booking and receipt of this confirmation letter
- Full payment for the price of the room must be settled upon check in
- All deposits for direct bookings must be made within 24 hours of the booking date. If deposit is not made, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
- Kindly provide your Tax Identification Number and Address.
- Prices shown are for two person sharing.
- Rates at the Coral Beach Club are exclusive of all applicable taxes and service charge.
- The Coral Beach Club charges a 10% Service charge for Rooms, Food and Beverages, Laundry and other services at the resort.
- Any tips or gratuities are pooled and divided equally between all full time staff.
- Standard check in time: 2pm but we will allow entry as early as possible and aim to do so by 12 noon Standard check out time: 12 noon
- We do not allow the storage, preparation or service of food in our rooms.
- PETS are not allowed (no matter how small or cute! ???? ).
- All of our rooms are non-smoking.
- Free & secure car parking is available to all guests.
