- All issued refunds willl be charged a 5% processing fee.

- Damage Policy: Any damage to the hotel room or property caused by the guest will result in charges equivalent to the cost of repair or replacement.
- Occupancy: Each suite has a specified maximum occupancy. Management's approval and an extra charge is necessary to exceed the maximum number of guests.
- Quiet Hours: For the comfort of all our guests, quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Personal Belongings: Time22 Apartment Hotel is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings. We advise guests to secure all valuables at all times.
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are provided weekly. If additional cleaning is required, a charge may be applied.
