Deposits and Final Payments
Standard Payment Policy - The Islander Inn does not require a deposit for a standard non-refundable reservation. Full payment will be due on the day of check-in.
Advanced Purchase/Non-Refundable Rate Payment Policy - 100% is due at the time of booking. Should we try to collect your balance and we cannot reach you to pay, your reservation will be cancelled. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Third-Party Bookings - Online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc. each have their own payment policies. Please read the policies on their website before making reservations.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Promotional codes can only be used on the Best Available Rate pricing.
Cancellations
Standard Cancellation Policy - Our standard cancellation is seven days prior to the day of arrival. Any cancellation within seven days of arrival will be charge a full-stay cancellation penalty.
Advanced Purchase/Non-Refundable Rate Cancellation Policy - All reservations booked as advanced purchase or non-refundable, are non-refundable immediately upon making your reservation. There will be no exceptions.
Third-Party Cancellation Policy - Online travel agencies such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia each have their own cancellation policy. Please read the policies before making your reservation.
Smoking Policy - We are 100% non-smoking hotel. If you are caught smoking or there are signs of smoking in the guestroom you will be assessed a $250 smoking penalty.
Pet Policy - We allow most dogs for a $50 pet fee.
Kitchen Room Policy - Please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave the burners unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients and lingering smells that require closure and deep cleans as this will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Minimum Age Policy - All guests must be 25 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at The Islander Inn. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
