Traditional reservation: If you must cancel your reservation, please do so fourteen (14) days prior to arrival for a full refund. Deposits are fully refundable up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within fourteen (14) days of arrival, advanced deposit will be forfeited.
Extended-stay reservation (weekly/monthly/seasonal): If you must cancel your reservation, please do so thirty (30) days prior to arrival for a full refund. If you cancel your reservation within thirty (30) days of arrival, advanced deposit will be forfeited.
