I⚠️ IMPORTANT DETAILS: ⚠️
SP3 studio (1 single room on the 3rd floor) has limited ceiling height in some areas. It is not possible to take a standing shower, but it is equipped with a bathtub. It is well lit with skylights but has no view to the outside. We do not recommend it for people of 1.70 m and above and for long stays.
RP2 apartment (3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor) has a single bedroom en suite and is only accessible through the double room.
Cancellation at no cost for the above reasons will always be possible within 4 hours of receipt of this message.We only have one apartment per type, this means that your reservation corresponds to a specific and unique apartment, and that we cannot assign you another one, unless your reservation is cancelled and you make a new one. Do not hesitate to contact us for more details.

ID documents in the same name as the credit card may be required. If not provided within 48 hours of request and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, the reservation may be cancelled.

Direct bookings: the total price will be charged after the end of the period during which free cancellation is possible:
A payment authorization will be requested from 30 days prior to arrival to check if the card has funds but this is not a payment.

PRICES INCLUDE:

- A minimum of cleaning products, toilets and various consumables (their renewal during the stay is the responsibility of the occupants of the apartment).
CAR PARKING:
The property does not include car park place. Possible access to a nearby underground public car parking on request in advance (8 € / day, limited places).
GENERAL RULES:
🚭 SMOKING IS STRICKLY PROHIBITED 🚭 IN ALL THE APARTMENTS 🚭 including the staircases and communal areas 🚭A cleaning and deodorization fee of €120 will be charged in case of tobacco smell.Smoking at the window does not prevent the smell of tobacco.
Please respect the quiet of the other people in the building; they are guests just as you are and have come to relax in a calm environment. Parties are not allowed on the premises.
Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out is until 11 am.
CLEANING:
DOGS:The cleaning will be done after your departure, and you should have already been charged a fee for this service. However, we would appreciate it if you could keep the place as clean as possible. We want to request parents to pay particular attention to ensure that their children do not eat on the sofas or armchairs.Extra charges (€30 per hour) may apply if the apartment is left unusually dirty or stains are found.
We are sorry but due to the incivility of some guests, dogs are no longer allowed in our apartments.
GUEST SECURITY
A security camera is used in the staircase leading to the flats and anyone on our property may be recorded.
