Property and Cancelation Policies :

The client may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival at the hotel.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days from the date of your arrival at the hotel, 50% of your stay will be charged. If your reservation is only for one night, 100% of your reservation will be charged.
In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the reservation will be charged, which IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
For special dates such as: Easter, Formula 1, Maco Zone, Christmas and New Year, the client may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival at the hotel. If they cancel with less than 30 days, they will be charged 50% of the stay.
The client can also modify the reservation WITHOUT PENALTY only if they contact us by phone or email AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED IN THE RESERVATION so that we are able to make the pertinent changes. Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by the hotel by email to validate it.

**Special rates and NON-REFUNDABLE offers will be charged 100% at the time of booking and no refunds can be made.

If a guest makes a reservation for more than one room, a 30-day notice prior to arrival is required for cancellation or changes. Any reservation that HAS NOT BEEN CANCELED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE will have a charge equivalent to 50% of the reservation WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF MODIFYING THE RESERVATION
