This sprawling retreat is set on a ridge line overlooking the scenic Montesino Ranch in the heart of Texas Hill Country. The 225 acre ranch and organic farm maintains an authentic Texas flavor while bringing in plenty of modern comforts. In addition to horseback riding and outdoor adventures, there are ample art galleries, musical venues, and wineries nearby. Collective Hill Country is located within 90 minutes outside Austin center. Each luxury tent is set in shaded areas of the ranch underneath the oak and juniper trees, uniquely outfitted with local decor and furnishings and feature plush king beds, outdoor private decks with Adirondack chairs, and private bathrooms. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options available for purchase at Three Peaks Restaurant on location, including a nightly farm-to-table dinner under the stars. Each evening, all guests are invited to join our sunset campfires with complimentary gourmet s’mores and beverages. We’re also happy to arrange private dinners or other custom experiences.

Property and Cancellation PoliciesDeposit and Rates Policy: A deposit equal to 100% of your total stay is required within 24 hours of reservation confirmation and will be charged to your credit card. If the credit card payment is invalid or unable to be processed, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
All rates are subject to state and local taxes — All rates are subject to change without notice, and may increase or decrease under the dynamic pricing model. Post-booking promotional rates will not be honored for existing reservations.
A $45 per night retreat fee applies to all rooms and includes access to the breakfast bar, Classic S’mores at the campfire, Fiber Optic WiFi, and Byredo bath amenities.
Cancellation and Modification Policy: All cancellations/modifications are subject to cancellation/modification fees.
Reservations must be cancelled 45 days prior to check-in for a full refund, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Within 45 – 31 days of arrival, guests may transfer their deposit to new dates within the current season based on availability for a $75.00 rescheduling fee. Within 30 days the reservation can not be cancelled or rescheduled — the full amount paid becomes non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of the full deposit. Early departures or no-shows are chargeable at their full rate.
Any date modifications before the 45-day deadline will be subject to any applicable rate increases and a $50.00 rescheduling fee. All promotional stays/discounts are void if adjusted or rescheduled and will be subject to current nightly rates.

Summit accommodations have a standard double occupancy (2 adults).
- An additional guest may be added (with a rollaway bed request) to a Summit Tent or Journey Tent for an additional $100 per night. Only 1 rollaway bed may be added per tent.
- Children 6 and under may share a bed with their parents (no rollaway provided) at no additional cost.
- Limited rollaway quantities available. Please confirm availability prior to arrival.
- Children 7 and older may stay in the adjacent family tent without an adult present
Company Cancellation due to Inclement Weather: Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds unless the company deems the conditions make the stay unsafe. You acknowledge that Collective reserves the right to cancel your stay at any time, including once you are checked in, due to dangerous weather, or other conditions, solely at our discretion. In the unusual case of a company cancellation due to inclement weather cancellation, guests will be reimbursed for any nights impacted due to the closure.
