- Payment for the first night is required via PayPal, SINPE Móvil, or bank transfer. This payment is non-refundable.
- For reservations of more than 4 rooms or stays longer than 5 nights, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty equal to the amount of the deposit paid.
- For special dates such as Easter, Christmas, and New Year, the total reservation amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the stay.
- 50% of the reservation amount will be charged and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the reservation amount.
