*We only guarantee the room type that you book, not a specific room. Specific room requests may be made, but are not guaranteed.
*This reservation requires a credit card deposit of 50% of your stay which will be charged to your card at the time of booking.
*Six (6) days prior to your arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the credit card we have on file.
*If your reservation is booked within seven (7) days of arrival, 100% of your balance will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:
*If you wish to cancel, please do so seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
*Cancellations received within the seven (7) day period will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your reservation total.
*In the event that a reservation is moved with less than seven (7) days to the guests arrival, the reservation is NOT subject to a new cancellation policy, thus the reservation cannot be cancelled for a refund after moving.
*Early departures or No Shows are considered as a cancellation of reserved days. No refund will be issued.
Pet policy:
*Dogs only are permitted.
*If you are traveling with a dog, please make sure that you have noted this on your reservation or notified our office.
*Our pet fee is $30 per night, per dog.
*We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
