Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If canceled within 7 days of arrival
No Charge - If canceled within 30 days of arrival
Terms and Conditions
- Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) exclusive of 10% service charge, 6% sales and service tax (SST) and tourism tax (if applicable).
- All deposits are refunded only via same payment methods as paid.
- The official Check in time is 1500 hrs and Check out time is 1200 hrs. Any extension of stay must be reconfirmed with the Duty Manager.
- In the event of any request for guaranteed early check in, a full day charge is applicable as the room will be blocked from the day before.
- Hotel reserves the rights to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate
activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservation contain or resulted from a mistake or error. - Swimming Pool and Gym are open daily 0700 hrs to 2200 hrs. Guests may use these areas free of charge. Any complaints and suggestions
should be forwarded to Mercu Summer Suites Management Office, located at basement. - Parking is possible on site and costs MYR 2 per hour (maximum of MYR 15 per day). All vehicles are parked at owner's risks.
SOUL ASIA Sdn Bhd is not responsible for clams, damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle content. Any complaints and suggestions should be
forwarded to Car Park Management Office, located at Level 3. - An administrative charge of MYR 200 per Access Card will be imposed for replacement of lost or damaged cards, MYR 50 per Main Door key.
- Please do not smoke inside apartment as a deep cleaning surcharge of RM 200 will apply if you do so.
