Welcome to your home away from home! The Bowman Inn & Suites has been welcoming guests to enjoy comfortable rooms and a first-rate breakfast since 2012. With only 26 rooms, we take pride in being able to treat you like family. We are located just off Highway 12, and only half a mile from Highway 85. With several restaurants, the local museum, and our complimentary fitness center and pool all within walking distance, we offer not only excellent hospitality but exceptional convenience. Whether you're on the road for work or play, we look forward to making your stay as relaxing and refreshing as possible!

Special accommodation notes: We are happy to host your pets in one of our two designated pet-friendly rooms which are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please call if you're not sure whether the room you want to book allows pets. Handicap accessible rooms are available on the first floor. Please note that we do not have elevators to access our second-floor rooms. We are happy to help with your bags upon request! Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms.

COVID-19 Note: We know that traveling in the current environment can be more stressful than usual. We want you to know that we are doing everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible. Our housekeeping procedures, while always thorough, have added additional sanitizing measures. Our staff wears masks while interacting with guests. Terms and Conditions

No Smoking. This property is smoke-free including tobacco, electronic smoking devices, vapes and illegal substances. Designated smoking areas are provided out of doors. Any person found to have smoked in a standard guest room will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. The smoke cleaning fee for suites is $300.

Pet/Service Animals. For the safety of guests with pet allergies, domestic pets are only permitted in pet-designated rooms. Animals are not o be left in room alone. Any person found to have kept an animal in a standard non-pet-designated room will be charged a cleaning fee of $300. The pet cleaning fee for suites is $300.

Damaged/Theft of Hotel Property. Guests shall be responsible for any damages to room, other hotel facilities and/or theft hotel property caused by themselves, children, agents, visitors or pet/service animal. All costs, charges or fees resulting from repair of damage to property or to replace stolen property will be charged to the credit card on file. In addition to the room charge, a minimum $300.00 cleaning fee per room will be charged.

Accessibility/Special Needs. If you have any special needs regarding accessibility or general accommodation, please contact us directly so we can assure your stay will be as comfortable as possible.

Early Check-In. If you plan to arrive before 3:00 P.M. we may be able to check you in early. Please contact us before your arrival to determine whether or not this will be possible.

Font Desk Phone. The phone will be turned off after 10 PM nightly and turned back on at 7 AM. Leave a message and someone will check the messages in the morning. They will return your phone calls in the morning.
