How do I make a reservation?
Reservations are made by paying the cost in full. Even
though our booking engine asks for your credit card info, we do
not charge your card in order to avoid credit card fraud. Upon making
your reservation, you will receive an email with more information on how
to make your payment - we offer several options for your convenience.
Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we receive the
payment. Thank you for following up on that email. ***Please also read our cancellations policy below***

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Reservations you make through our website are tentative. You will receive an email with instructions so you can either provide your CVV and zip code so we can charge your credit card, or choose another one of the payment methods we offer. You will receive an email confirming your reservation once we receive your payment.
- If you cancel 7 days or more before the check-in date, we will refund your reservation cost, minus 10% in taxes and commissions we incurred in when processing your payment.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before your check-in date, your deposit is non-refundable.
- These policies are not valid during High Season (Easter week and Christmas/New Year's Holiday season) or if you are paying group rates. Group rate and High Season reservations are non-refundable.

Check-out: 12:00 Noon (you can check out and leave your bags at the front desk if you wish to enjoy the hotel grounds/restaurant a bit longer).
If you haven't come to an agreement with us about a later check-out, the penalty for each extra hour is US$20.
Alcohol and noise policy
We do not allow bringing alcohol purchased outside into the hotel grounds. We have a good selection of national and international beers, wines and cocktails in our bar. If you wish to bring your own beverages, please contact us to obtain our corkage fees. If you do not respect this policy, we will add our corkage fees to your bill.
For everyone’s wellbeing, we have quiet hours in areas near the rooms after 10pm.
