Check-in/Check-out:

Check-in takes place between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm or at another time, provided that the guest has previously requested it;

Upon check-in, the guest must present his/her identity card/passport;

Upon check-in, the guest will be given a key for the room and another for the main door of the building. In the case of dormitories, a key to the locker will also be provided;

A deposit of €10 will be required to prevent possible loss of keys, this amount being refunded at check-out, with the return of the keys;

If the guest loses any of these keys, he should immediately go to reception and report what happened;

Check-out takes place between 9 am and 12 pm.

Payment policy

At the time of booking, as a guarantee, credit card details will be requested;

Payment is made at check-in and all extras consumed can be paid at check-out or at the time of purchase;

Payments in cash, ATM or bank transfer are accepted. We accept debit and credit cards. Checks are not accepted. Specific payment conditions may apply to travel agencies, tour operators and other entities.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your reservation up to 8 days before, no cancellation fee will be charged;

If you cancel 7 days before arrival, the price of the first night will be charged;

If you cancel 3 days before arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged;

In case of no-show, the entire reservation will be charged.

Guest rooms

Eating and drinking are not allowed in the rooms;

The rooms do not have the capacity to add extra beds, however Supplementary Beds for children can be installed.

Common spaces

The common spaces and equipment available to guests must be used in proper conditions and left clean and in good condition;

All damages, breakdowns and thefts associated with the Customer will be charged, taking into account the value of the damages in question;

Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult guest at all times during their stay at the hotel.

Safety

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen due to lack of care. For greater security, we advise you to lock your bedroom door.

The Client must always close the access doors to the building, the bedroom door and make sure that they are properly closed;

People who are not on the guest list are not allowed to stay;

In the rooms we provide free safes. In the dormitories, all the lockers/drawers have a unique key;

In case of emergency, the Customer must call the contacts provided at reception for this purpose.

Access to rooms

The Café & Hostel Aliança team will have the right to enter the room, during the Customer's stay, in order to carry out the daily cleaning work (until 12:00), repairs and the like.

General policies

Without prejudice to the above and the general rules on the operation of tourist accommodation, it is not allowed inside the hostel facilities:

- Pets;

- Carry out activities that cause noise likely to annoy other guests, between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, in accordance with the General Noise Regulation.

- Smoking or setting fires;

- Change the layout of the rooms;

- Leave garbage in common and private spaces;

- Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages;

Data protection

The personal data of the Customer and his/her companion(s), if applicable, will be stored and processed by Café & Hostel Aliança and service providers, in accordance with the Law, for the services requested by the Customer and for the campaigns of own advertising;

The Client will have the right to object at any time to the use of personal data for advertising purposes, and must inform this Hostel;

Unless otherwise specified, the Customer's personal data must be deleted when the legal retention period ends.
