By making a reservation at Duende Hotel (Ustudio LTD) you accept that in case of cancellation within 15 days or not show at the hotel on the arrival date, we Duende Hotel (Ustudio LTD) will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of your reservation cost. This cancellation fee will be charged in the credit card provided upon reservation.
The dates of your reservation can be changed once, without any cost if there is availability and by paying the difference between the old rate and the new rate.
Tax: All rates include  taxes.

Payment: All quoted rates are in LARI  per room per day and are inclusive of Taxes. All rates include Breakfast.

Check-in Check-out Policy: check-in time after 14:00 hrs and Check-out at 12:00 noon. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged and subject to availability direct with the hotel. To request please contact info@duendehotels.comn

Late Check-in: please contact info@duendehotels.com if you are arriving later than 19:00 due to the remote location of the hotel.

Traveling with Minors: children under 12 years old are not recommended to stay in Duende Treehouses , due to the wood deck platforms and stairs at 2 meters high. Please contact us if you want to bring your children under 12 years old.

Pets Policy: to not disturb other guests, pets are not allowed in the premises of the hotel

Quiet Hours: please respect hotel guest privacy by keeping volume controlled during our quiet hours of 10:00 PM until 07:00 AM

Extra Beds: only Casita Amor can have accommodate extra guests. Each extra person will be charged 100 Lari . Other Casitas please communicate with us.

Cancelation Policy: Free cancellation for all reservations cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival. For all reservations cancelled between 29 and 1 days prior to the arrival 100% of the full rate will be charged as a cancellation fee. For cancellations on day of guests' arrival (no-show) or following guests' arrival at the hotel the full amount of the booked accommodation will be charged. This policy DOES NOT APPLY DURING High Season (from 01/07-31/09). During High season our rates are PRE-paid and non refundable, but it allows up to 1 date modification without cost.
Pre-payment: during high season (01/07-31/09), it is required to full prepaid your reservation in order to confirm it.
Changing Dates: you are allowed to move dates one time without cost.

Parking: there are free parking outside the hotel premises. No need to book in advance.

Privacy and Personal Data Policy: Ustudio LTD is the legal controller of your personal data, used in the scope of its business group. We abide by codes of conduct and institutionalized procedures that ensure the confidentiality and security of the data processed. We ensure that the personal data will be processed in a manner that ensures its safety, including its loss, unlawful processing, destruction or accidental damage. Ustudio LTD may use third parties to process personal data, with which we guarantee the same confidentiality and security of the data, for the purposes mentioned below.

Purpose of Collecting personal data: reservations processing: the data are collected, processed and retained to facilitate the billing and reservations processes of rooms and other complementary services, for historical and statistical purposes and control of the quality of service. The collection of the data represents a legal obligation in line with the Georgian law, and without which we are not able to formalize the reservation. Marketing: the data are used for marketing purposes and communication of our products and services to our clients, via e-mail, text message or phone call. There may be automated  decision-making, including profiling, in order to tailor our offer to the needs of our customers.
