Our hotel is situated on 1.5 beautifully landscaped acres, we are a quick walk away from downtown where all the shops, movie theater, Olympic Center and restaurants are located. Based between Lake Placid and Mirror Lake you are able to enjoy great views, boat rentals and a variety of lake activities.
The Townhouse Lodge accommodates overnight stays, family reunions, wedding events or group retreats. Every room is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and Keurig machine for your convenience. Suites, Double Queens and our 2nd floor King rooms also include a microwave and toaster. Our communal kitchen is open to guests at all times. It has a commercial fridge, AND fully stocked with pots, pans, and the essentials to store and prep meals for yourself. As our guest, we welcome you to use our heated outdoor swimming pool during the summer and early fall. Relax and enjoy a swim while surrounded by the beauty of the Adirondack Mountains.

All of our rooms are no smoking. All of our rooms are pet friendly at an additional cost. We appreciate your consideration and understanding. We allow well behaved dogs for a fee of $75 per stay for the first 3 days and an additional $75 after that. We will charge the payment method on file.

Deposit Policy
One night deposit will be taken at time of booking for all standard reservations. Advance purchase and other promotional discounted rates may require payment in full at time of booking.
Remaining anticipated room + tax balances are due 24 hours prior to arrival, and your credit/debit card will be automatically authorized for this amount at that time.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Based on your specific travel dates, the cancellation & modification policy is either 5 or 10 days prior to arrival. Group reservation cancellation & modification policy is 60 days prior to arrival.
Our standard cancellation policy is 5 days prior to arrival. Reservations with travel dates during peak season and certain holiday periods are subject to a 10-day cancellation policy. Reservations that are canceled within this period will forfeit their deposit. Reservation modifications are subject to the same cancellation policies and penalties.
Any reservation canceled 72 hours or more after time of booking is subject to a $25 + tax administrative fee.
Advance Purchase and other promotional discounted rates may be non-refundable after the reservation has been booked.
No-Show Policy
No-show reservations will forfeit their first night deposit plus taxes. Payment will also be collected for the remaining balance for the total number of room nights reserved, less applicable taxes.

Check-in time is anytime after 4PM. Check out is anytime before 11AM.
There is no lifeguard on duty. The swimming pool is open mid-Jun through mid-September. Swim at your own risk. Pool hours are strictly from 11AM to dusk. For reservations, we require a one night deposit paid in advance with VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Town house lodge is an independent check in hotel. You will be sent your room number and check in instructions the day of your arrival date. We finalize the balance due on your credit card when your room number and key code are sent. No formal check in process is required.

- All pets will be leashed while on the hotel grounds
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
- Pets are not allowed in the Pool Area (when open)
- Pets are not to be left unattended and alone in the rooms.
- If an emergency arises wherein you must, the guest shall notify the front desk
- If there is additional damage to the room, you will be charged a pet damage fee.
- The noise of the pet must be monitored by the guest. Any complaints could result in the charging of the card and/or the guest will be asked to kennel their pet or leave the property.
