Property and Cancelation Policies :
For direct bookings, first night plus tax will be charged if cancelled within 3 days of arrival.
For no-shows, the entire reservation is charged.
Reservations with invalid credit cards are not guaranteed.
Early departures subject to 24 hour advanced notice plus one night charge.
Certain segments have minimums. Those reservations cannot be shortened.
Terms and Conditions
The credit card will be authorized/authenticated at reservation time. Please do not use a debit card to reserve.
We will collect the full amount at check-in time.
If you plan to pay for another guest, please download our credit card authorization form from the website and email/fax it along with the front and back of your ID and credit card.
You understand this historic building is adults only and not childproof. Any damages caused by your child or guest will be charged to your account.
Additional guest charge beyond the room maximum is $75 per person per night.
Should you have mobility issues, please consider requesting a street level room.
We do not have parking on site. Most people are able to find street parking in the area. Be sure to leave nothing in the car and observe parking restrictions.
