Waiting list
To avoid headaches and not create false expectations, we do not keep waiting lists in case of cancellation. We operate on a first come, first served basis.

What you need to bring;

How to get to your accommodation;
Close to the parking lot, you will find a map that will direct you to your accommodation and have a toboggan or cart to transport your luggage (we have carts that can be borrowed) You will then walk our forest path from 200m to 700m that will take you to the heart of our forest to your accommodation.
Can I bring my pet?
Certainly yes! There is a charge of $20/night and we also ask that you be responsible for your pet. That is to say; keep it on a leash onsite, collect its excrement, do not lock the animal in your accommodation if you leave and cover the cost of any damage that your animal causes.
Is there a curfew?
We ask our customers to be a little quieter from 22h. We ask kindly not to play high volume music on the site at all times.
Cancellation Policy
– All reservations are refundable, minus an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the stay, if cancellation notice is received more than 30 days from the arrival date.
– If notice of cancellation is received between 15 days and 30 days from the arrival date, your refund will be 50% of the value of your stay.
– If notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days from the arrival date, no refund will be granted;
**If we are able to rent your accommodation to another person for the canceled date, you will have the choice between a refund of the value of your reservation less a 10% administrative fee, or an applicable credit note on a future stay of a value equal to the amount paid;

Nous demandons un simple petit ménage (vaisselle, balai/aspirateur) avant votre départ afin de laisser derrière vous un endroit propre. De plus, n'oubliez pas de vider le frigidaire!
Jacuzzi :
Si votre hébergement inclus un jacuzzi, aidez nous à préserver la qualité de l'eau (aucun produit corporel ou une douche avant l'utilisation du jacuzzi). Refermez toujours le couvercle et assurez vous de laisser la température à 104F en hiver et 100F en été.
Attention de ne rien échapper dans l'eau!
**Malgré nos efforts communs, s'il arrivait que le jacuzzi ne soit pas fonctionnel lors de votre visite, un remboursement de 45$/nuit vous sera offert.
