Please note we are a hostel for international backpackers only you must have a valid international passport for check in.
For payment we accept cash, Visa and MasterCard.
All guests must pay a $1.00 pre-authorisation at check-in on a credit card. Guests who cannot provide a deposit by credit card will be denied entry.
You must be at least 18 years old to stay at Chill Backpackers, we do not allow children.
Chill Backpackers is unable to guarantee all members of group bookings will be accommodated in the same room.
We offer discounted rates for in-house guests who book 7 days or more, these are non-refundable if you depart early.
Once the balance is paid and the reservation is checked in, all payments are non-refundable.

1. No drugs in the hostel.
2. No smoking indoors, if the fire alarm is activated by smoking, vaping or candles etc. The fine of $1500 will be charged to you.
