Terms and Conditions
1. Each reservation is entitled to one (1) parking space during your stay. License plate and car details must be provided at time of check in.
2. Only guests registered are allowed to stay in the room and there will be a fee for any additional guests added. All members of your group must be 21+ unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or family member.
3. There are no refunds for early departures or events beyond the hotel's control including but not limited to inclement weather.
4. Each reservation is subject to a $20.00 resort fee charged per day of your reservation.
5. This property has a no pet policy (unless expressly approved by the hotel).
6. Throwing any objects or items off of the balcony is subject to immediate removal from the property and a $200 charge. No refunds provided if you are asked to leave.
7. This is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not allowed and a $250.00 cleanup fee will be charged if detected in the room during the duration of the stay.
8. The Property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests, loss of money, jewelry, or personal valuables of any kind.
9. I agree that my liability is not waived and I shall be responsible for any and all loss or damage to the room, premises, or contents.This is secured by a security deposit of a $150.00 pre-authorization to my credit or debit card.
