Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation to the credit card on file.

We cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, emergencies.
All rates are for two (2) guests, except for the Family Suite whose rate is for four (4) guests.
Check-out time is 11am. We will be glad to offer a late check-out based on room availability for an additional fee of $50.
Check-in time is 2pm to 4pm. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
If for any reason you have to leave early, you are responsible for your entire stay.
All rooms are non-smoking. The charge for smoking in a room is $500.
The property is not responsible for stolen/lost items.
For guests travelling with their pets, there is a $50 pet fee per night per pet, with a maximum of one (1) pet per room (maximum size allowed 30 lbs).
Pets must be fully trained. All pets must be restrained or kept on a leash on our Bed and Breakfast property when not in the guest's bedroom. No pet should be left unattended. They must comply with local legislation requirements.Pets are not allowed in areas where food and beverage are served or consumed.
The minimum age required to check-in is 21 years of age. All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Up to one child 10 years of age and under may stay in their parent’s or guardian’s room at no additional charge only if staying in a Suite.
Up to one child of age between 11 and 17 may stay in their parent’s or guardian’s room for an added fee of $100 per room per night only if staying in a Suite.
The request of an additional crib or bed must be made at the time of booking.
The use of the Spa is not supervised and guests will use it at their own risk. Please check with your doctor if it's safe for you.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms and common areas.
