Check in/Check Out: Check in starts at 4:00pm and CheckOut is 11:00am. If you want a Late Check-out, please contact the reception assoon as possible, if the late check out is available it would be $10.00 perhour/per person, and it will be charged to your credit card. We reserved theright to admission.If you choose to shorten your stay or check out earlier, pleaseknow that we must ask you to take full responsibility for your entirereservation as booked. Refunds are not given for early departure.
The receptionhours will be from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are not responsible for valuablesleft in the rooms. There is a silent period from 9pm to 8am. No party or event allowedin the Apartments.
Before leaving theroom, you must leave the apartment completely clean and tidy. Throw away everttrash and leave apartment cans empty (Orange or Gray trash cans on 1stfloor: back of the buildings). Turn off all the power lights and airconditioning. Do not throw in or use paper, objects, grease, or any chemicalthat may cause damage to apartment property (sink, toilets, and shower). Pleasedo not hang clothes or towels on the balcony.
NO SMOKING Policy: Smoking is not allowed anywhereinside the Apartments, rooms, balconies, or hallways. We are very strict withthis policy. If you smoke inside the Apartments (common areas, room, balconies,or corridors) we will be making a charge of $250.00 + taxes to your card.
Pets: Only service animals are accepted at the Guesthouse. Properdocumentation and identification will have to be provided upon check-in. Otherpets are not allowed in the establishment. A hold of $200.00 will be placed onyour credit card for incidental damages. Guests must take full responsibilityfor the behavior of the animal inside and outside the room.
