All rates for the small Privat Hotel Liberty needs a pre-payment of 30% only to guarantee the booking for you and the small hotel. But don´t worry: ALL bookings are 100% flexibel! YOU´LL NEVER LOST YOUR DEPOSIT!

Cancelation Policy for Standard-Rate
(from May, 1st, 2020): 
For bookings with the Standard-Rate (with / without breakfast), we collect a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the night to secure the reservation. The remaining payment is due on arrival, including the booked services and local taxes (tourism tax). The standard rate (with / without breakfast) offers 100% flexibility when rebooking and a money-back guarantee, provided that the hotel is verifiably informed in writing at least 3 days before arrival (via email or postmark). In the event of cancellation, you have the right to 100% repayment of the down payment or a rebooking / voucher for an alternative date up to 12 months after the first booked arrival date. With the voluntary rebooking / voucher, additional hotel services are possible at no extra charge! The hotel will offer corresponding offers in the event of a voluntary rebooking or before receiving a voucher.

Cancelation Policy for BEST-Rate (or alternate) (from May, 1st, 2020): 
For bookings with the BEST tariff (or other tariffs offered that do not correspond to the standard tariff) (with / without breakfast), a deposit of 30% of the accommodation costs must be made in order to mutually secure the reservation and the cancellation conditions. Additional services booked (transfers, extra bed, ...) are not affected by the deposit. The best price (BEST rate with / without breakfast) offers 100% flexibility in the event of a cancellation. This means: The guest has the right to a voucher for the full amount of the deposit or a free rebooking up to 12 months after the first booked arrival date, if he is sent by email or post (the date of the receipt stamp) at least 3 Canceled days before the day of arrival.

Separate regulation for voucher holders: The voucher is valid for 12 months if generated after April 1st, 2021. For older vouchers, the expiry date is the end of the year 2021. Vouchers that are not used automatically expire after the expiry date. For guests who use a voucher for the BEST rate, a cancellation period of at least 14 days before the booked arrival date applies, otherwise the voucher will expire! For guests who use the voucher for a basic tariff, a cancellation period of at least 7 days before the booked arrival period applies, otherwise the voucher will expire. In the event of timely cancellation (no later than 14/7 days before the first day of arrival), the voucher can be used retrospectively from the generation of the voucher for a period of a maximum of 12 months (if generated after April 1, 2021) or until the end of 2021 (if generated before April 1st, 2021). In the event of a cancellation within 14 days before the first day of arrival, the voucher will expire if we should not be able to rent the booked room again for at least the value of the voucher. Partial reimbursement of the voucher is not possible! The voucher can only be used once and cannot be refunded if the value falls below the new reservation! In general: If the booking with a voucher is changed to an expensive seasonal rate or an expensive room category, the additional costs must be borne by the guest. Refunds for rebooking at a lower seasonal rate or a lower room category are not possible. The voucher is transferable! and can be passed on to third parties or sold - this does not change the validity and conditions!

Terms and Conditions

Booking and payment conditions: A reservation is deemed accepted when we have received your reservation and confirmed you in writing, as well as: (i) full payment of the total price; Or (ii) payment of a partial amount which we have indicated at the time of booking. If the online payment is less than the total value of your stay, the balance can be paid directly to the Hotel Liberty Sitges, either at check-in or check-out, or, of course, at any time earlier.

When booking, a reservation number is automatically assigned. Please be sure to include this number in all communications, should a cancellation or change be necessary. The reservation number is valid for the booking of the Hotel Liberty Sitges team.

Bookings are guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card or by PayPal, with receipt of a bank transfer or another paid method of payment. The total amount due for confirmation of your booking is stated in your booking confirmation. The booking can be canceled automatically if a payment is invalid or a credit card from your bank is rejected for whatever reason. All additional goods and services purchased during the stay must be paid directly at the hotel and at the latest at the time of check-out. Furthermore, we reserve the right to immediately terminate a booking without our being able to be liable for a refund or compensation if unacceptable behavior is caused against the employee or guests causing a disturbance or disturbance for other guests in the hotel. By booking, you also agree to the use of all information transmitted by the booking to Hotel Liberty Sitges and the booking website (s). All prices include the legal land tax. The prices are correct (unless a price error occurs) if the number of guests, dates, nights, rooms / category as well as additional and special services are indicated on the booking confirmation.

We adhere to certified hygiene and environmental protection standards: It is high time and we can all contribute to protecting our little world on which we live for future generations! With our Think! Green initiative, we would like to support the international environmental protection program together with you as a guest! With your consent, we will no longer clean your room daily. We do not change towels and / or bed linen every day. For the sake of the environment and your privacy in COVID-19 times. No employee will enter your room in the whole time where you stay with us. Only if you order the cleaning service.

Check-in and check-out: The latest arrival and departure dates (check-in) are given on the confirmation of booking. Arrival is possible from 2 pm until 10 pm (Main Season) and until 8 pm (Off Season), the room must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. If you need to check-in later than the check-in time, please contact the property or state your booking details. The reception closes at 10 pm at the latest. If the hotel is not informed in advance of arrival after 10 pm, the entrance must be paid by the hotel. In addition, the hotel is entitled to cancel a booking in case of arrival after closing the reception without prior agreement or not, and to withhold all amounts already paid which have been confirmed with the booking. If you do not arrive before the last check-in time, this is considered a complete cancellation of your booking and the facility is entitled to assign the room elsewhere. Your claim to the booking will then expire automatically.

Children: Children are welcome. Children under 2 years stay free of charge. For (free) baby cots please inform before arrival, as availability can not be guaranteed!. Children from 2 years pay the regular rate for (additional) adult. Extra bed Policy: Children under 6 years are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds. Children from 6 years or adults are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds, which can be booked separately. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. An indicated twin or double bed can not be guaranteed. This selection is not binding for the establishment and depends on the availability.

Pets: Only dogs are allowed (max. 2 dogs per room). Since we also have guests who are unfortunately not that dog-friendly, we ask that you observe our house rules for dogs so that other guests do not feel disturbed (e.g. by barking or yowling) or even feel insecure. Therefore: The dog owner has to ensure supervision and responsibility for his animal at all times during the entire stay.

Parking: Public parking (24h and secured) is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs actual EUR 25 per day (depends from the parking service provider). Otherwise, you can park your car free of charge in the streets of a district near by, which is a short walk from 5-10 minutes from the establishment. We are looking forward to assist you on arrival and will be pleased to show you further parking facilities.

Penthouse: Each extra bed is charged at a flat rate of 15 Euros/per day, depending on availability. The penthouse has an equipped kitchen that you are welcome to use. However, our cleaning staff is not responsible for this and is instructed accordingly not to wash the dishes or hang up your laundry during your stay. Sounds strange that we unfortunately have to point it out! Thank you for your consideration!

Note on Apple TV: The rooms all have an Apple TV (excl. Economic Room) with which you also have access to YOUR Netflix, Prime, Plex or Youtube account. Please do not forget to delete your access data on departure, because the hotel is not liable for misuse! The INFUSE app offer free access to the media library! The IPTV app offers additional international channels in premium rooms. Please inform us in advance if these APPs should be deactivated or blocked for children and young people. Basically, please always keep the volume to a neighbor-friendly level! Thank-you!
