Property and Cancelation Policies :
- All year round apart from High Season
- We will take a 50% deposit 30 days prior to your arrival. If reservation is cancelled after this time, the deposit is both non refundable and non transferable.
- We will take full payment 15 days prior to your arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after this payment has been taken, the entire deposit is both non refundable and non transferable.
- We strongly recommend our guests to have separate insurance to cover any cancellations, as the hotel will not refund under any circumstances.
- If the hotel cannot collect the deposits from the provided credit card, as required in the payment schedule, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and any deposit already paid will not be refunded.
We will take 50% deposit at time of booking. If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, 100% payment is due). Deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
- We will take the final 50% deposit 30 days before arrival. Cancellation after this time will result in loss of 100% of deposit.
- If the hotel cannot collect the deposits from the provided credit card, as required in the payment schedule, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and any deposit already paid will not be refunded.

Use of Personal Data
I agree that the personal data provided in the reservation may be used as required by law to the Colombian Immigration Authorities and the Colombian Ministry of Tourism.
Prices and Taxes
We quote our prices without the inclusion of Colombian VAT (IVA). This will be added to your final bill if the payment of this tax applies to your reservation.
Payment and Deposit
We take a deposit of 50% for the reservation 30 days before arrival and the remaining 50% 15 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable and no transferable. In high season (December, January and July and August), 50% is taken at time of reservation and the remaining 50% 30 days before arrival. For bookings of 2 or more rooms for a group travelling together, a 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking.
The amount that will be refunded in case of cancellation is set out in our cancellation policy. We strongly advise the use of an insurance policy to cover any cancellation costs.
Minimum Stay
We have a 2 night minimum stay requirement
Checkin and Check out
Our check in time is 3pm in the afternoon, without exception.
Our check out time is 11am in the morning. Requests for a late checkout may be accepted at additional charge, but only by prior agreement and will depend on the occupancy of the hotel.
Adults only
We do not accept children in the hotel. Our guests must be 18 years old or over at time of stay.
Pets
Sorry we do not accept pets.
Accessibility or Special Needs
Cafe is our only room that is suitable for a guest requiring the use of a wheelchair. Access to all other public areas is unrestricted as the hotel is single storey.
We are happy to accommodate our guests with special dietary needs wherever it is possible for us to do so, please do let us know in advance of your arrival.
