- Standard Check-In time is 2:00 pm. Check-out is 12:00nn. Any early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and charge.
- All rates are inclusive of 12% VAT.
- Guests must present a valid ID upon checking in.
- Property is located at the 3rd floor with no service elevator. Only accessible through stairs.
- Upon check-in, the hotel requires the guest to secure a method of payment. Check and traveler’s checks are not honoured. For credit card payments, only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.
- Guests must hand a security deposit of PHP 500.00 upon check-in to cover incidental charges. It is fully refunded upon check-out provided that no damage was done in the guest room.
- We only allow check-in made by an adult of at least 21 years old.
- The entire property is a non-smoking area. The guest will be charged with FULL DAY RATE for non-compliance.
- Pungent food is not allowed in the property. The guest will be charged with FULL DAY RATE for non-compliance.
- The hotel does not have its own parking space. It is open and common to the building. Moreover, hotel does not guarantee availability for parking space and is not liable for any damages and/or theft.
- The hotel is not liable for any losses that may incur.
- The hotel reserves the right to call law enforcers should there be illegal activities happening in the hotel.
- All guests with temperature >37.6 are and/or have flu-like symptoms will not be allowed to enter the property.
- All guests must present their vaccination card upon check-in. Failure to present the vaccination card will not be allowed to enter.
- For unvaccinated guests, they are required to present a negative RTPCR result taken within 48 hours of arrival.
- Our common area shall follow strict physical distancing measures.
- Strictly one (1) visitor is allowed per room to enter the property.
