Built-in 1984, this all brick building was originally a commercial and private residence. Completely renovated and updated with all modern facilities and fixtures in 2019, we are proud to have kept its original charm.

Property and Cancellation Policies :
Guest(s) may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Guest(s) will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancellation is 14 days before arrival. No shows will be charged at the total price of the reservation.
Terms and Conditions

Check-In.
Room check-in is from 3:00 PM. At check-in, guests must present their credit card details to Strata Hotel for incidental expenses, along with a passport as required by Japanese law.
Check-out.
Check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM. Please tell us in advance if you would like a later check-out. We will do our utmost to accommodate your requests, and in some instances, a late check-out fee may apply.
Room keys on arrival.
During normal operating hours, 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM keys will be given to guests after payment and administration. Special arrangements must be made for key collection in the case of late arrival.
Room keys on departure.
Please leave the room keys with front desk staff or on the front desk when departing. Guests are not required to lock the room on departure, however, we politely request of guests to close the door completely when leaving. 
Room keys during long term stay.
Guests must lock their rooms on their way out and keep their set of keys for the duration of stay.
Lost keys or damage to locks.
In cases of lost keys or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of ¥10,000 per lost key and ¥15,000 for lock replacement to be settled by either cash or credit card.
Breakfast.
Breakfast is not included, however, guests are welcome to keep breakfast and food items in the refrigerator(s) provided. Please be kind enough to remove any items kept in the refrigerator(s) on departure.
Smoking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and throughout the building. A smoking penalty of ¥10,000 will apply. Please smoke in the designated area provided.
Refunds.
Refunds are not available for early departures, breakdown of appliances or natural disasters and the like that the property, unfortunately, has no control over.
Guest Rooms.
Please do not use flammables for heating, candles etc in rooms or passageways within the property. Please refrain from eating in your room and use the common dining areas provided.
Valuables, security, and storage.
Strata Hotel assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Parking.
Parking is available near the property. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle.
Toilets.
Please refrain from putting or flushing any other items apart from toilet paper.
Common Areas.
The living room, dining room, and garden decks are common areas of the property and guests are welcome to use them for their needs and recreation, however, we politely request of guests the following rules.
The Living & Dining Room.
Please keep the living and dining room tidy for the comfort of other guests. If you find the living and dining areas unkempt, please advise one of our staff on hand. 
Garbage.
Please dispose of garbage as labelled on trash cans “burnable”  and “recyclable”
Washing Facilities.
A washing machine is available for a fee on the second-floor laundry.
Pet Policy.
Pets are strictly prohibited.
Your Liabilities.
We hold guests responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property by acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and reimburse on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused. 
Please report any accidents or incidents to property staff or management in connection with any property damage promptly.
General Incapacity.
We cannot be held liable if any of the following events or conditions prevent Strata Hotel from fulfilling its obligation to guests. However, Strata Hotel will take the necessary steps to minimize disruption and discomfort to guests under these conditions:
Unanticipated interruption to electricity, water, sewage to and from the hotel;
Industrial actions, civil uprising or criminal activity;
Fire, frost, flooding, wind or any other force major event.
We ask you to respect each other concerning the cleanliness of the common areas and noise level. If we receive complaints, you will be given a warning. Further complaints are subject to the termination of stay. We reserve the right to end a reservation if a guest becomes a disturbance/nuisance to others including management. Please respect our hotel and its occupants.
Environmental Policy.
We are dedicated to the protection of our planet's resources and would encourage our guests to help us by:
Switching off lights when not in use;
Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use; 
Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels – just use what you need!; 
We will sort the recyclable rubbish collected from guest rooms i.e. paper, plastic, metal, and glass;
