Areni Lodge has 12 luxury rooms catering for all budgets - from small economy rooms with a shared bathroom for families on a budget, and huge 50 m2 and 100 m2 suites that can be joined as even bigger rooms. We also have a separate stone cottage in the vineyard, which is a beautiful 130 m2 Meghramis (Honeymoon) Suite. Areni Lodge caters for VVIPs with all the expected security and privacy protocols. Your peace and security are our primary objectives.
Visitors can directly access our 8,000 m2 private property from the highway about 1.5 hours from Zvartnots International Airport or the capital Yerevan. Guests can also use our private heliport to fly directly to the Lodge when this facility is completed.

PRICES AND TAXES
The list price of Areni Lodge’s rooms includes applicable local taxes.
PAYMENT AND TERMS AT CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
We require full payment for any reservation made more than 7 days before the first day of the reservation. A full refund of any deposit or full payment will be made for any reservation cancelled more than 7 days before the first day of the reservation (except for special events such as wedding parties which are treated on a case-by-case basis). Any cancellation of less than 7 days before the first day of the reservation or early check out will not be entitled to any refund.
We require full payment of any reservation at check-in up to 7 days in duration. For reservations longer than 7 days, these can be managed by weekly bookings, so the room is always paid ahead by as much as a week.
At check-out, full payment of any incidentals, including but not limited to restaurant charges, is required using the credit card provided during the reservation. If a walk-in reservation paid by cash is approved, a deposit of AMD50,000 cash per day of stay will be required for incidentals.
Check-in must be made after 14:00 (2 pm) unless specially approved by Areni Lodge's management. Check-out must be made by 11:00 (11 am), unless specially approved by Areni Lodge's management. Day or part day rates may be available by a direct request to management.
MINORS
Areni Lodge welcomes families with children. While we will take every reasonable measure to ensure children’s safety on our grounds and in our premises, the children’s parents or guardians are ultimately responsible for their children’s safety and care and compliance with our safety policies. Areni Lodge will not impose extra room charges for children who stay in the same room, as long as the number of children does not exceed the maximum stated room occupancy.
ACCESSIBILITY OR SPECIAL NEEDS
Areni Lodge welcomes disabled and special needs guests. We use a ramp for our main entrance, and a lift for accessibility to all floors except the roof rotunda. We have two rooms on the first floor configured for wheelchair users, and the sight-impaired should be assisted with braille support.
PETS
Areni Lodge does not normally accept animal pets in our rooms, to ensure other guests are not affected by adverse noise, hair or allergies. However, we accept specially trained dogs for the disabled and on application the Owners may make an exception for approved long-term guests.
PARKING AND DRIVING
Parking on the Areni Lodge premises is free for guests and normally free for other visitors. The management reserves the right to remove any vehicle inappropriately parked, or which has been driven in a manner contrary to our safety policies. A fine of AMD 40,000 may be levied on the driver of any vehicle driving faster than 10 kilometres per hour on Areni Lodge’s property, and AMD 400,000 for dangerous driving on AreniLodge’s property.
HOTEL EVENTS
Areni Lodge will not allow events such as wedding receptions to affect other guests. Such events will not be allowed to continue beyond 22:00 (10 pm) at night, unless specially approved by the Owners(for example, if a wedding party reserves all guest rooms at the Lodge and fully books the restaurant for a private function). Areni Lodge will be used from time to time for charity events or to support government officials that will be planned to ensure the minimum of disruption to our guests. These will normally be held in the grounds, the third room Boardroom or the Mini-Cinema.
In the unlikely case of an emergency, all guests and visitors on Areni Lodge’s property, including the Meghramis Suite, must follow the safety instructions of staff on duty. Any person who acts in a disruptive manner on Areni Lodge’s property, including the Meghramis Suite, may be subject to removal and be liable to a fine of AMD 40,000. Any person on Areni Lodge’s property, including the Meghramis Suite, who acts in a manner threatening or endangering others will be subject to removal and be liable to a fine of AMD 400,000.
SMOKING
No smoking is permitted at our nature-friendly eco-Areni Lodge and the Meghramis Suite buildings. For guests and visitors who smoke, there will be two signposted facilities where smoking is permitted, but under no circumstances will the incorrect disposal of cigarettes be permitted away from the receptacles provided. A fine of AMD 400,000 may be levied for any guest or visitor who breaches our smoking policy.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not use cookies to automatically collect data on people who browse our website, as we value guest privacy. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against loss and theft, including encryption technology, restricted access, firewalls, and Secure Socket Layers (SSL). However, security over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.
Guest reservations does not assume any responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage you may experience or incur by the sending of personal or confidential information over the Internet and you should take your own measures to protect your sensitive information. If you have any questions about the security of our website, please contact us through our contact page.
We may collect information from parents or guardians about family reservations with their consent. If we learn and have actual knowledge of a child providing information through the website, we will delete such information as soon as possible. We will honour requests by a parent or guardian to review or delete information about their child.
We collect and use customer information during reservations as necessary to deliver great service to our customers (including telling our customers about our hotel reservation services, deals, and other opportunities through email) and to run and improve our business (which includes surveys for quality assurance and marketing).
You have a right to request that the personal information we’ve collected from you be corrected, updated, deleted, or accessed, and to opt out of practices related to automated decision-making and profiling.

LIABILITY
Areni Lodge accepts limited liability for our legal obligations and those responsibilities stated in our policies. However, we will not accept liability for any matter that is not specifically stated as being our responsibility, nor any liability for damage, loss or hurt caused to our guests and visitors in the case of a force majeure event (an act of God or a wilful act by an external agent uncontrolled by the Lodge).
DISPUTE RESOLUTION/PROBLEMS
Disputes will normally be handled by the manager on duty, or elevated to the Owners if they cannot be resolved at manager level. Our objective is obviously to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience at the Lodge, but if something isn’t right, then we should value the feedback for our continuous improvement ethos.
If the dispute is unable to be resolved at the Owner’s level, then it is subject to the laws and processes for disputes of the Republic of Armenia.
