The VAT tax is not included in the rate, it will be validated at the time of reception if the guest applies or not for this additional charge of 19%
Check-In time on the day of check-in is from 3:00 pm.
Check-out time on the day of departure is until 12:00 pm.
The restaurant will be open for breakfast from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
The consumption of psychoactive substances is totally prohibited, in case of non-compliance with the following rule, a fine of $500,000COP will be charged.
The use of loud speakers in the facilities is prohibited.
It is completely forbidden to disturb the order and tranquility of other guests by making noises that disturb their calm, especially after 10:00pm, in case of non-compliance with the following rule a fine of $300,000 COP will be charged.
The entry of external people who are not registered in the room is completely prohibited, in case of non-compliance with the following rule, a fine of $150,000 COP will be charged for the established value of an additional person.
Please note that failure to comply with these specifications or any other stipulated in the internal regulations, terms of policies and conditions of the hotel will result in the request for immediate eviction of the entire group or the guest who incurs in any of these faults, without the right to any refund.
The guest assumes any damage or loss of object in the room.
In case of making use of motorized or wellness services that are outsourced by the hotel, AGROTURISMO EL TAJO S.A.S. in legal representation of TAHITI HOTEL is not responsible for the affectations, damages and losses that may be caused before, during, after the enjoyment of these activities and/or services.
AGROTURISMO EL TAJO S.A.S., in legal representation of HOTEL TAHITI, offers free parking for both guests and customers of the restaurant and other facilities during their stay. In any case, it is not responsible for any loss of valuables left inside the vehicle, partial and total damage to it, as well as the loss of objects, documents, jewelry, money, among others within the Hotel and its facilities, since it is the responsibility and obligation of the Guest and/or/or/ The Client to take care of their belongings, leaving TAHITI HOTEL exempt from any liability.
The personal data provided by users or visitors on the website and in the different means of communication will not be shared with third parties, except with the express authorization or requirement of the competent authority. The above, applying the Personal Data Protection Law; that is, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012. TAHITÍ HOTEL complies with Law 679 of 2001 (arts. 16, 17 and 19), Law 1336 of 2009, Law 599 of 2000 and Resolution 3840 of 2009, which aim to dictate protection measures against exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and other forms of sexual abuse against children and adolescents. It also complies with the requirements of Decree 4000 of 2004 on the control of foreigners. Finally, the rules mentioned in this section of this Agreement are not limited to all the others that may be applicable to TAHITI HOTEL in terms of its operation and sector.
