Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the advanced deposit.
OCEANS CALLING & COUNTRY CALLING MUSIC FESTIVALS:
- Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival for Ocean’s Calling & Country Calling Concert 9/27/24 – 10/5/24 are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
- Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival for Ocean’s Calling & Country Calling Concert 9/27/24 – 10/5/24 will forfeit the advanced deposit.
Specials and promotions may have a different cancellation policy, this will be noted when booking.
Third party reservations are subject to the cancellation policy posted by their respective booking channel.
Advanced purchase special is non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Parking: We offer one complimentary parking spot directly behind the building or in our lot 1 block away on 12th Street across Baltimore Ave. Additional Parking Passes & Late Check Outs may be available at an additional cost; limited availability; Contact the Hotel for details. Vehicles without visible parking passes are subject to towing at owners expense.
Kitchenettes/Cookware: Due to heightened health and sanitary concerns - all cookware and diningware has been removed from all rooms. Guests are advised that they will need to provide their own kitchen supplies. This does NOT apply to the Condos.
Monte Carlo Condos: All Condo reservations will have an additional $100.00 per total stay Cleaning Fee charged at the property in addition to the room rate quoted.
Cash Security Deposit: A Cash Security Deposit of $300 is required upon check in for Guest 23 years of age & under. The Security Deposit will be refunded back to you providing there were no damages made to hotel property. Guests evicted from the hotel or who violate hotel policies will forfeit all money paid including the security deposit. Any damages to hotel property including linens or excessively dirty rooms will be deducted from the security deposit at a cost determined by the hotel.
Incidentals: A credit card must be provided at check in for incidentals. Cash paying guests must provide a $200 deposit.
Smoke Free Property Smoking Fee: Help us keep our air clean! A $250 fee will be charged to your card or withheld from the security deposit if there is any evidence of smoking in the room or on the balcony. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the hotel property. The boardwalk is also a smoke free zone; please ask our front desk to direct you to a designated public smoking area.
Cancellation/Change Policy/Taxes/Fees: Reservations canceled/changed or made within 3 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit deposit paid. All changes to reservations must be made 3 days prior to check in date. Please know that the deposit will be forfeit and fees cannot be waived. Please cancel prior to our 3 day cancellation policy. No Refunds for early departures. Taxes & Fees include 6% State, 5% local, $15.00 per night hospitaltiy fee.
